The Legal bit:

Cancellation fees are applicable if reasonable notice (as defined by the therapeutic contract) is not given. Therapeutic contracts will be agreed in the first session.

Fees cover costs such as Insurance, Membership of a Professional Body, Ongoing Training, Supervision Fees and Hire of Counselling Room.
